Original artwork and commissioned pieces may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on size, destination, and value. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.
Occasionally, free or flat-rate shipping promotions may be offered.
Packaging
Artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. Prints are shipped flat or rolled depending on size, and original artwork is securely protected with appropriate materials.
Domestic Shipping
I currently ship within the United States.
International Shipping (Original Paintings Only)
International shipping is available for original paintings only. Prints and other products are not eligible for international shipping at this time.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, and I am not responsible for delays once the package leaves the United States.
Delivery Issues
Once an order has shipped, I am not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs authorities.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please notify me within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damage and packaging so I can assist with a replacement or refund.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
